Annual vaccinations for lasting protection, are complemented by a comprehensive physical assessment.
Up-to-date vaccinations are essential for any companion animals attending boarding facilities, safeguarding their health and ensuring they meet facility requirements. These vaccinations provide vital protection, creating a safe environment for all animals in shared care.
Core vaccines for dogs include those for canine distemper virus, canine hepatitis, and canine parvovirus, administered together as the C3 vaccine in a single injection. Non-core vaccines, for parainfluenza virus and bordetella bronchiseptica, are recommended to help protect against canine kennel cough. A respiratory illness common in social settings like parks, daycares, and boarding kennels administered combined with the C3 and commonly called a C5.

Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine Veterinary Herbal Medicine & Veterinary Acupuncture (Coming Soon in 2025)
Embracing Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine (TCVM) invites a transformative shift in perspective, one that honours balance. In TCVM, health is viewed not as a fixed state but as a dynamic balance that, when disrupted, manifests as disease. Unlike the symptom-focused approach often seen in Western medicine, TCVM seeks to understand and restore this balance, encouraging resilient health. Both TCVM and Western veterinary medicine ultimately share a commitment to health and disease prevention, though they walk distinct yet complementary paths.
The Conscious Vet weaves together the union of ancient wisdom and modern care, bridging trusted, enduring Eastern traditions with contemporary medicine.
